Adjustable Digital Sealing Control
The digital control panel provides adjustable temperature and sealing time settings for different container and lid combinations. A temperature range of 200–230°C is recommended as a starting point, with final settings adjusted through testing for the specific packaging configuration.

Yes. Each container series requires its corresponding sealing mold. Multiple container sizes or capacities within the same series can share the same mold, helping reduce mold changes when working with different container depths.
Yes. One sealing mold is included with the machine. The included mold corresponds to the container series selected when placing your order. For example, if you select the Round / 140 Series, the machine will be supplied with the matching 140 Series sealing mold. Additional molds for other compatible container series can be purchased separately.
Yes. Custom mold manufacturing is available. You can send us a sample of your container, and after receiving and evaluating it, we can develop and test a matching sealing mold based on the actual container dimensions and structure.
