Both containers suit desserts, bakery products, side dishes, and smaller prepared-food portions, but they belong to different series and use different matching lids. The 128 Series 450ml container provides slightly more capacity, while the 140 Series 420ml container may be preferred when compatibility with other 140 Series products is important. Choose according to portion size, product presentation, and the packaging system already used by your business.
Lids are sold separately unless the product listing or quotation specifically states otherwise. Select the corresponding lid according to the container series and size. Compatible lid options are shown in the packaging system section of each product page.
Store unused containers in a clean, dry, and covered area away from moisture, dust, strong odors, and corrosive chemicals. Keep the original packaging closed until the containers are needed. Avoid excessive pressure or improper stacking that could deform the rims or container shape.
FoilTrust aluminum containers are suitable for use over an open flame, on a gas stove, in a conventional oven, and in a steam oven, within the confirmed temperature range and operating conditions. Always place food, water, or oil inside the container before heating. Never heat the container while empty. Remove any lid before heating unless the lid and complete packaging system have been specifically confirmed for the intended application. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions and test the container with the actual food and heating process before commercial use.
Aluminum is widely recyclable where local facilities accept clean food packaging. Remove food residue and separate the container from lids or other materials where required. Actual recyclability depends on the product finish, contamination level, and local recycling rules, so availability should be confirmed with the local recycling provider.
