Yes. FoilTrust aluminum foil containers can be used in conventional ovens and, where suitable for the appliance and recipe, steam ovens.

Do not place an empty aluminum container over an open flame or use it directly on a stovetop unless the product instructions expressly permit it. Never heat an empty aluminum container. Food, water, or oil must always be inside.

For microwave use, aluminum containers should only be used in a metal-compatible mode expressly permitted by the appliance manufacturer. Always follow the appliance instructions.

When used with our PP Snap-On Lids, the container provides a secure closure suitable for most takeaway foods. For soups, curries and other liquid-rich meals, we recommend using our Aluminum Foil Sealing Lid together with a compatible heat-sealing machine for enhanced leak resistance.

We offer round, rectangular, square, and oblong aluminum foil containers, from small portion cups to large catering formats.

Standard capacities range from approximately 50ml to 6370ml. Custom sizes and molds are also available for eligible OEM projects.

Containers, PP lids, and foil sealing lids are sold separately, allowing customers to purchase only the components they need.

Choose the PP Snap-On Lid for everyday takeaway packaging and easy product visibility. Choose the Aluminum Foil Sealing Lid and sealing machine when enhanced leak resistance and tamper-evident packaging are required.

Yes. FoilTrust ships from China to customers worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

Website checkout and standard shipping offers are currently available for eligible orders delivered to the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. For these destinations, orders below US$99 incur an additional US$8 standard shipping fee, while eligible orders of US$99 or more do not incur an additional standard shipping charge. Orders to other destinations require a shipping quotation.

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and remote-area surcharges are not included unless an approved quotation expressly states otherwise.

Website product prices are based on standard sea transportation from China and standard local delivery to eligible destinations.

Depending on the order size, destination, and delivery requirements, we can arrange:

• Express courier through DHL, FedEx, or UPS where available

Air freight, express courier, and expedited delivery are optional upgrades. The customer must pay the additional charge quoted for the selected service before dispatch.

Machinery, palletized shipments, oversized products, customized orders, and high-volume freight orders may require an individual shipping quotation.

Standard in-stock products are typically processed after order and payment confirmation. For sea freight orders, goods are then transported to the departure port and scheduled for the next available vessel.

• Sea Freight Schedule: Weekly sailings
• Estimated Delivery: Approximately 22–30 business days after vessel departure

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on vessel schedules, destination, customs clearance, port conditions, and local delivery conditions.

Customized, OEM, and private-label products generally require 7–25 business days for production before dispatch.

Unless an approved quotation expressly states that the shipment is DDP, the customer is responsible for import duties, VAT, customs brokerage, customs clearance fees, and applicable local taxes.

Yes.

Tracking information will be provided whenever available after your order has been shipped.

Please inspect your shipment immediately after delivery.

If shipping damage is found, notify us within 48 hours and provide:

• Order number
• Photos of damaged products
• Photos of outer cartons
• Shipping labels
• Description of the issue

Our team will assist in evaluating the claim.

Customized, OEM, private-label, printed, embossed, specially colored, custom-packaged, or made-to-order products cannot normally be returned because the customer changes their mind.

A remedy may still be available for a verified manufacturing defect, material non-conformity with the approved specifications, an incorrect product supplied by FoilTrust, or where mandatory law requires it.

If a manufacturing defect or FoilTrust shipping error is verified, we will provide a reasonable remedy, which may include replacement, refund, repair, or another agreed solution.

No restocking or handling fee applies to a confirmed FoilTrust error or verified manufacturing defect. Where a return is required, FoilTrust will cover reasonable and pre-approved return or replacement shipping costs.

Standard in-stock orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, they are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Customized, OEM, and private-label orders may be cancelled before material purchasing or production begins. Once materials have been purchased, production has started, or non-recoverable costs have been incurred, cancellation may no longer be available or the refund may be reduced by documented costs.

After an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to display the refund.

Eligible standard in-stock products may be requested for return within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, free from food contact, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Prior return authorization is required.

For an approved buyer-reason return, the customer is responsible for return-related costs and a 15% restocking and handling fee is deducted from the accepted returned merchandise value.
