The FoilTrust™ 180 Series 1700ml (57 oz) round aluminum foil container has a deep bowl-like shape suited to stews, braised foods, curries, family meals, and substantial catering portions. The added depth leaves room for bulky ingredients and foods served with sauces or cooking juices.
This is the largest and deepest model in the 180 Series. It gives restaurants, caterers, central kitchens, and prepared-food businesses more capacity than the 1370ml, 1130ml, and 920ml options while keeping the same general round presentation. Choose it when a generous meal portion is needed but the larger 250 Series would be excessive.
