The FoilTrust™ 250 Series 2000ml (68 oz) round aluminum foil container has a wide, lower-profile shape suited to catering platters, family meals, roasted foods, and shared servings. The open presentation area leaves room to arrange proteins, vegetables, side dishes, and garnishes without crowding the centre of the container.
This is the smallest-capacity model in the 250 Series. It works well for restaurants and caterers that want the broad look of the series without the added depth of the 2500ml, 3000ml, or 3500ml versions. For soups, stews, or bulky ingredients, one of the deeper models will usually be the better choice.

Choose the deep 3000ml container for soups, stews, curries, noodles, and sauce-rich meals. The extra-deep 3500ml model provides more room for bulky ingredients and high-volume recipes. All four models share the same opening.

FoilTrust aluminum containers are suitable for use over an open flame, on a gas stove, in a conventional oven, and in a steam oven, within the confirmed temperature range and operating conditions. Always place food, water, or oil inside the container before heating. Never heat the container while empty. Remove any lid before heating unless the lid and complete packaging system have been specifically confirmed for the intended application. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions and test the container with the actual food and heating process before commercial use.
