The FoilTrust™ 280 Series 5000ml (169 oz) extra-deep round aluminum foil container is developed for banquet meals, braised foods, substantial shared dishes, and bulk catering production. Its deep bowl-like profile provides generous vertical capacity for bulky ingredients, layered recipes, and foods containing sauces or cooking juices.
As the larger option in the 280 Series, this model gives hotels, event caterers, central kitchens, restaurants, and food manufacturers additional capacity beyond the 4000ml deep container. It is particularly useful when food volume and depth are more important than the broad display surface provided by a shallow platter-style container.
